If you have any concerns about your new plant, you should take a photo of the plant along with tracking information, and share it with their team. Once they receive a photo of the damaged plant or pot, and the tracking information, they can determine the best course of action. Their goal is to make you a happy plant owner. Please be aware that some retailers have updated their policies and may not allow them to replace certain plants and pots. In such cases, they will provide you with all the necessary information to obtain a refund or a replacement from the partnering retailer.
